First experience. So far very honest, competent and thorough. Previous provider said I had a leak and would probably need a new evaporator coil at a cost of $2,700 including diagnostic. Lucas performed diagnostic and high pressure nitrogen leak check at cost of $322. Determined that sytem is not currently leaking and a new evaporator coil was not necessary.

Where to start this might be Long. I’ve had an AC unit put in by another company. Come to find out all my problems came from bad equipment and wrong install after 32 service calls from the original company. I had a nice man come out. Explain everything to me go over all the details and show me where I went wrong in my purchase now that I understand and asked questions. I got all the proper answers I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received today so at the end of all of this, I got some of the biggest discounts I’ve ever seen. I’ve got new units being put into my house that are the proper ones and got treated like I was family. my new install will be this coming Tuesday and I am looking forward to doing business and service with your company. I've been using Lucas Air For a little over a year now, and this current visit was for a defective thermostat and it happened on a weekend, Charlie got me through until Monday and was there early Monday morning to permanently fixed the problem. Our 2007 Central AC was becoming less reliable, and certainly less efficient. We elected to replace the system using Lucas Air, as we have found their crews to be extremely reliable, and happy. Gene assessed our site, and recommended a Ruud system.Chris came out at 7:30 am 2 days later with one helper. By 4:00 pm, all work was done, all debris was swept up, and it truly looked like they had never been here, other than the fact that we had gleaming new components to cool and heat the place. Lucas Air is extremely reliable, timely, with good employees showing up to do the work. I highly recommend them.
