Very friendly and professional installation tecs. Arrived when they said, constantly cleaned as they installed the units, even cleaned up before they went for lunch break. Highly recommend using this company.

Great experience! Alex was polite, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Veteran owned a plus! If you have a/c needs give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.We had our semi annual maintenance check today and again Alex was right on time. He represents the company well. Definitely call them for preventative maintenance or service calls.

Technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. He diagnosed it, but did not have the part and it’s supposed to be back this afternoon to replace it. Yes, I would recommend you guys to anybody.

Our 2007 Central AC was becoming less reliable, and certainly less efficient. We elected to replace the system using Lucas Air, as we have found their crews to be extremely reliable, and happy. Gene assessed our site, and recommended a Ruud system.Chris came out at 7:30 am 2 days later with one helper. By 4:00 pm, all work was done, all debris was swept up, and it truly looked like they had never been here, other than the fact that we had gleaming new components to cool and heat the place. Lucas Air is extremely reliable, timely, with good employees showing up to do the work. I highly recommend them.
